Ticket and Music Venue Policy
Individual Tickets
There is a non-refundable processing fee per ticket on all orders.
Tickets are non-refundable but are exchangeable for a fee up to 60 days before show date.
Refunds will only be granted in the event of a performance cancellation.
Group Tickets - (Min 25 paid tickets)
One complimentary ticket for the tour leader with a minimum of 25 paid tickets
Group purchases require a $200.00 per order non-refundable, non-transferable deposit at the time of booking.
$500.00 non-refundable payment due at 60 days out from the performance date
Final count and payment due 30 days out from the performance date (final payment)
Full payment is due for orders placed within 30 days of the performance date.
Adjustments in ticket order quantity can be made on any unpaid tickets, meeting at least the minimum group ticket quantity of 25 paid tickets. Orders adjusted below the group minimum will be required to pay the full regular ticket price and service charges for all paid tickets.
A discounted 4% per-ticket group processing fee is applicable on all group bookings. No refunds or exchanges after the final payment has been received.
Groups should arrive no later than 40 min before performance time.
Food and Beverage
Outside food and drink are not permitted in the theatre. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase on-site.
Prohibited Items
The following items are restricted and may not be brought into the theatre.
Any type of food or beverages purchased outside the theatre regardless of their packaging or size.
All forms of audio/video/image recording or devices. The ticket holder is prohibited from recording or broadcasting any picture, video, audio or reproduction of the performance or any part of the performance.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any area inside the theatre. Smoking outside must be further than 50 feet from the theatre.
